1. Definitions and Scope

You must not share your account credentials with anyone, and you must ensure that no third party carries out transactions through your account. 3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All 9bet services are available only to individuals aged 21+. Anyone under twenty-one years of age will not be permitted to create an account or use any service on this platform.

At any stage of account verification or financial transaction processing, 9bet may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document to confirm your identity. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in temporary account suspension or withdrawal being placed on hold.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

New members at 9bet can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before receiving the bonus and before withdrawing any winnings earned from it, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, your balance will be ৳2,200 and you must complete ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering before withdrawing. Another example: depositing ৳33,400 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳53,400 and a wagering requirement of ৳20,000 × 20 = ৳4,00,000.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is completed.
• You cannot apply for another bonus while one bonus offer is already active.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting markets — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as a prohibited activity.
• 9bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.

5.2 VIP Cashback

9bet's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for that week. Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6. Betting and Game Rules

Once a bet placed on 9bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game or betting interface causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, the bet in question may be considered void. 9bet will not be held liable for any losses caused by server issues, disconnections, or third-party software errors.

6.2 Suspicious Activity

If any bet or game session appears suspicious or there are concerns about manipulation, 9bet may suspend that bet or payout and conduct an investigation. If irregularities are proven through the investigation, the winnings in question will be forfeited.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The outcomes of all games — including live casino games (roulette, baccarat, live dealer tables) and slot games — are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. There is no way to guarantee or influence the outcome.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bet platform:

• Placing bets or playing games through bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials.
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or insulting other players or staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or allowing minors to use the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your 9bet account at any time. Please make sure to complete any pending withdrawals before making the request.

8.2 Suspension by the Platform

9bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, failure to cooperate with the verification process, or security-related reasons.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

The 9bet platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 9bet will not be held liable for any losses or forfeited bets resulting from technical issues, server outages, errors in third-party game software, or internet connectivity problems.
